A common Wednesday, yesterday in the Netherlands. I didn't plan to go out for painting today due to the rainy weather. Though around 6.30 PM sunny spells appear and I saw great evening clouds. The spectacular sky invited me to go out for plein air painting in a hamlet near my home town. I had to paint very rapidly due to the last sunbeams of the day and extreme fast changing Autumn light. This forced me to paint loose, to make rapid decisions experiencing therefore some uncontrolled brushing which resulted into this little wild work.
"Farmer estate in Hulten" Cobra oil paint on MDF, 30 x 24 cm.
